Dear CEENQA members,
We are delighted to invite you to our General Assembly and Workshop 2026, generously hosted by our colleagues from the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE). The event will take place on June 9 and 10 (Tuesday and Wednesday) in Split, Croatia.
As CEENQA celebrates 25th anniversary, the workshop will focus on reflecting on past developments and exploring future directions in quality assurance in higher education, with particular emphasis on emerging trends over the next decade. Discussions will address the evolving role of stakeholders, as well as the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on quality assurance.

Registration:
Each agency may send up to two representatives to the event, only one of whom will act as the official representative with voting rights in the General Assembly. Every participant must officially register through this form: https://forms.gle/JZT4Qsz2x6xTg5Vx8
The registration deadline is 1 May.
General Assembly:
During the General Assembly, elections will be held for four positions on the Executive Board. In accordance with the Statutes, the Board consists of eight members from eight different countries, with representation across four defined regions. The newly elected members must reflect this composition, including that at least one represents an Eastern Mediterranean member state.
Each CEENQA member agency is entitled to nominate a representative for a position on the Executive Board. If you wish to do so, please submit the candidate’s contact details, a short CV, and your agency’s nomination by 1 May.
You will receive all nominations and other important materials for the General Assembly in due time before the event.
