Membership Fee Details
Annual Financial Obligations for CEENQA Members
CEENQA membership requires an annual fee of 700 € for full members and 350 € for members with observer status, which supports our initiatives and activities. This fee ensures members benefit from increased visibility, receive regular updates on regional developments, and participate in our annual workshops and General Assembly meetings. Additionally, members may be elected to the Executive Board. It is important to note that membership does not restrict participation in other national or international organizations.
Submission Guidelines
Joining CEENQA involves a structured admission process designed to ensure alignment with our values and principles. Prospective members must complete the application form, addressing all questions thoroughly. Incomplete applications may delay the review process. Submissions should be directed to the President of CEENQA and will be reviewed by the Executive Board. Approval is granted by the General Assembly. Applications are welcome year-round, and we encourage timely submissions to facilitate a smooth review process. To be considered at the General Assembly, applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the meeting. We recommend contacting the Secretary-General for any queries regarding the application process.
