Statutes

The Statutes became effective during the meeting of the General Assembly in Split (Croatia) on 28 May 2011 and have been amended by the General Assembly in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on 12 May 2012, in Bucharest (Romania) on 1 June 2013 and on 3 June 2023 in Astana (Kazakhstan).
